Got a couple of my friends over for dinner... Seems like the RB set was the main attraction and not me XD And i was really glad that one of my close friend decided to turn up despite all the misunderstandings in the past :)
I need RB2. The cymbals are amazing!!! But it's also going to cost an unemployed a whole lot of damage lol. And if you look closely, you realize i try to sound proof my drumsticks with tissue paper.. so cheapo right?! Haha, at the end of the day, there was pieces of tissue paper everywhere =/
I love singing Creep by Radiohead.
Now i've psychoed a few people to get Xbox360.. GO GET IT! MS should hire me man, and i get referrer fee! XDDDD

I had my frens n colleagues over for RB & GHWT 1 evening n they surely do attract my neighbours to walk past my corridor to see wats happening....
guess the singing from my band mates r killing their peace hahaha....
But it sheer fun to hv frens over to play as a band... we even mimic some rock band moves hahaha... like 2 guitarist facing off with their shredding haha... singer placing his mic at the toy guitar haha... crappy... :D

I personally like Metallica's Enter Sandman... but whenever I finish the song, I'm outta breathe lol...
U should try GHWT if u haven't tried it, I'd say forget the instruments, juz go fer the game, ur instruments r gd enuf...
There r great songs from 30secs To Mars, Tokio Hotel, Lostprophets, Bon Jovi, Eagles, Nirvana, Modest Mouse...wahhh... n the list goes on...lolz... this is nt to be mistakened as a sales preach :D

y thinkin of sellin RB instruments in the 1st pl when u r gettin RB2??? hehe... essentially, they r the same juz some slight improvement.... like improved quietness... nt really significant stuff.
I'll reserve my comments for GHWT's set quality but u may need ur luck, as u may hv read tat peeps r facin prob with their set. Probably some wack their sets with an ogre's brute force hehe...tat I dunno, but judging by the qty affected, the set quality is questionable afterall.
If u ask me... I'd say the pic of the drum looks nice, but in real-life... it's a cheapo gadget...

Agree that the pic looks nice lol.. same for the first set, i thought it was going to be really cool looking, end up it looked really cheap and plastic -_-
Yeah, i heard that many people are having problems with the GHWT set, so your's is GHWT set?
yeah i tarek bk my temptations to get RB full set... juz to wait for GHWT's lol...
Ended up, I got RB + Guitar n GHWT Band Set to complete the instruments.
I'm still curious whether the RB or GHWT drums had a better feel... I wanted to try at X08...but there were juz too many peeps waitin ard lol...
I hv 2 complaints abt my drums thou...
1) hittin anywhere else but the ctr of the pads will often break the combo... for some fast beats songs... it can be lethal to the rock meter...
2) Thou it seems easy to juz hit the 2 cymbal pads for star power... for unknown reasons... some times it juz won't activate... even if I did it rite several times in a row... instead it breaks my combo again... sigh...
The added cymbal pad is surely fun... but given the shorts, it can be frustrating... so i'd say if u alrdy hv RB drums, dun bother to 'upgrade'... stick to it :D
Better to spend tat money elsewhere like other diff games. Want more realistic feel than this... juz go for the real thing... :D
Personally, the GHWT drums feels more like playing an actual set than the RB drums. I am a drummer in real life and they did get drummers to test the set prior to its release. My only problem with the GHWT drum set is the dodgy wiring. I had turned a cymbal pad away when playing RB because I didn't need that extra pad and the wiring just came off as easily as tearing paper. That was a major bummer! And since I have yet to re-solder the wiring, I can no longer play the drums on GHWT. Good thing I have RB 'coz 4 pads and a pedal are all I need for it.
